Automodular Sells Surplus Plant for $2.6 Million
TORONTO - Feb 7, 2005
Automodular Corporation ("Automodular") today signed an agreement to sell a Whitby area plant for $2.6 million, subject to certain conditions. Closing is scheduled for April 2005. Automodular relocated sub-assembly activities from the plant to its new Oshawa facility over the past several weeks.
Automodular will record a gain of approximately $1 million on the sale, if it proceeds. |
