Resignation of Director

Automodular Corporation ("Automodular") announces that Alan Marchment has resigned from its board of directors. In his 18 years on the board of Automodular and its predecessor, Alan made an enormous contribution as a director and as Chairman of its audit committee in recent years. Born in 1927, Alan’s business career spans decades of accomplishments both as a Chief Executive Officer of a public corporation and, after his retirement from line responsibility, as a director of numerous corporations and a leader in the field of corporate governance. Automodular Corporation thanks Alan for all he has done and wishes him well in the future.
