Automodular Corporation Announces Appointments

Automodular Corporation ("Automodular") announces the following appointments:
Dan Flood Joins Board of Directors.
Dan Flood has been added to the Automodular Board. Mr. Flood has over 32 years of experience in the logistics industry, and in 1992 founded Tec-Mar Distribution Services Inc. ("Tec-Mar"), serving as that company's President until Automodular purchased Tec-Mar in January 2003. Before founding Tec-Mar, Mr. Flood was Vice-President of Automotive Marketing and Sales with Burlington Northern Railroad and between 1985 and 1990 was responsible for Burlington's automotive sector accounts on a global basis. From 1973 to 1985, Mr. Flood was Vice-President of Leaseway Transportation Corporation's Detroit division. Before joining Leaseway, Mr. Flood served as a manager in General Motors Corporation with assignments in materials management and production control.
Jerry Bodrie appointed Executive Vice President.
Jerry Bodrie is General Manager of Tec-Mar and has also now been appointed to the office of Executive Vice-President of Automodular. Mr. Bodrie has over 43 years of automotive industry experience. Before joining Tec-Mar in 1996 as General Manager, Mr. Bodrie spent the majority of his career at General Motors where, in addition to other assignments, he oversaw route planning and material handling activities. From 1982 to 1989, Mr. Bodrie served as General Motors Executive Director of Logistics.
Automodular Corporation is a supplier of transportation, logistics, sequencing and sub-assembly of components to eight General Motors assembly operations in North America.
