Automodular Corporation Announces Appointments

Automodular Corporation announces the following management appointments, effective immediately:
Michael F. Blair, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Russell M. Baranowski, President
Winston R. Ash, Executive Vice President, Finance and Business Development
Diane Erlingher, Corporate Secretary
The appointments are part of a senior management reorganization to accommodate the integration of recently acquired Tec-Mar Distribution Services Inc.
Automodular Corporation provides sub-assembly and sequencing services to 8 General Motors Corporation final assembly plants in North America assembling approximately 1.7 million vehicles annually.
