Automodular Corporation: Union Successful in Representation Vote

On Friday April 2, 2004 the National Automobile, Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (CAW-Canada) was successful in the representation vote to become the bargaining agent for certain employees at Automodular's three Canadian plants in the Durham region.
Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing, transportation and logistics services to seven General Motors plants in Ontario, Michigan and Delaware. The company has eight plants and employs over 1,000 people.
