Automodular Corporation ("Automodular") reports net earnings for the year ended December 31, 2003 of $3.7 million or $0.20 per share on sales of $107.9 million compared to $4.0 million or $0.21 per share on sales of $55.9 million in 2002.
Automodular's annual report and financial statements will be mailed to shareholders on or about April 8, 2004.
Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing, transportation and logistics services to seven General Motors plants in Ontario, Michigan and Delaware. Automodular has eight plants and employs over 1,000 people.
