Automodular Corporation: CAW-Canada Application Notification

On Friday March 26, 2004 Automodular Corporation was notified that the National Automobile, Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (CAW-Canada) made an application for certification to become the collective bargaining agent on behalf of certain employees at its three Canadian plants.
Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing, transportation and logistics services to seven General Motors plants in Oshawa, Michigan and Delaware. The company has eight plants and employs over 1,000 people.
