Automodular Corporation: Automodular Separates Roles Of Chairman and CEO

Automodular Corporation ("Automodular") announces that it has appointed Automodular director Rae Wallin as Chairman of the Board, separating the role of Chairman and that of Chief Executive Officer. Michael Blair and Russell Baranowski will continue to act as CEO and President respectively.
The decision to separate the roles of Chairman and CEO is part of ongoing efforts by Automodular to ensure that the Corporation follows best practices in corporate governance.
