Automodular Corporation Receives $25 Million Order

TORONTO - May 7, 2004

Automodular Corporation ("Automodular") announces that it has received an order from General Motors of Canada Ltd. to sub-assemble and sequence cockpit modules for the Oshawa Car Assembly Plant's GMX 211/231 Chevrolet Impala and Monte Carlo vehicles to commence May 2005. Based on forecast production volumes, the order will result in approximately $25 million sales to Automodular over a 3-year period.

Automodular currently sub-assembles and sequences cockpit modules for the GMX 210/230 Impala and Monte Carlo vehicles, which will be replaced by the new models.

Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing, transportation and logistics services to seven General Motors plants in Ontario, Michigan and Delaware. The company has eight plants and employs over 1,000 people.
