Change of Auditors
TORONTO - June 16, 2006
Automodular Corporation (“Automodular”) announces that the Board of Directors has elected to change the
Company’s auditors to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, subject to shareholder approval. This change is not as a result
of a reportable event as defined in Section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102, Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
The shareholder meeting to vote on this issue will be held in late August, 2006.
Automodular is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing, transportation and logistics services to six OEM plants in
Ontario, Michigan and Ohio. The Company has eight operating facilities and employs over 800 people. |
