Automodular Annouces Contract Extensions
TORONTO - June 16, 2008:
Automodular Corporation ("Automodular") announces that certain contracts to subassemble
and sequence components for General Motors of Canada Limited's Oshawa
truck plant have been extended for the remainder of the existing truck program. This
program is scheduled to end production on a yet to be disclosed date in 2009.
Automodular had previously announced the expiry and non-renewal of these contracts at
the end of the existing contract period (June 30, 2008).
Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing, transportation and
logistics services to four OEM plants in Ontario and Ohio. The Company has seven
operating facilities and employs over 900 people.
