Automodular Corporation (“Automodular”) announces that it has decided not to proceed further with the
previously announced potential business combination with a company in the solar energy industry.
Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing, transportation and logistics services.
The Company has two operating facilities and employs approximately 525 people.
